Watermelon Mint Frosé Mocktail (Printable Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen
02 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and frozen

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup non-alcoholic rosé or pink grape juice, chilled
04 - 2 tbsp fresh lime juice

→ Fresh Herbs

05 - ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish

→ Sweetener (optional)

06 - 1–2 tbsp agave syrup or honey, to taste

# How To Make It:

01 - Prepare the fruit by cutting the watermelon into cubes and freezing along with hulled strawberries for at least 4 hours or overnight.
02 - In a high-speed blender, combine frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, non-alcoholic rosé or pink grape juice, lime juice, fresh mint leaves, and sweetener (if using).
03 - Blend until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more juice.
04 - Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
05 - Pour the frosé into glasses, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately.
