# What You'll Need:

01 - 2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed (approximately 1/2 medium pineapple)
→ Liquids
02 - 1 cup coconut water
03 - 1 cup cold water
04 - 1/2 cup canned coconut milk, full-fat or light
→ Sweetener
05 - 2–3 tablespoons agave syrup or honey, to taste
→ Citrus
06 - Juice of 1 lime
→ Ice & Garnish
07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - Pineapple wedges, optional, for garnish
09 - Fresh mint leaves, optional, for garnish
# How To Make It:
01 - Add pineapple cubes, coconut water, cold water, coconut milk, agave syrup or honey, and lime juice to a blender.
02 - Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is entirely smooth.
03 - Taste and modify sweetness by adding more agave syrup or honey if desired.
04 - Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp for a clearer beverage.
05 - Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly to serving glasses.
06 - Pour the chilled beverage over ice and garnish with pineapple wedges and fresh mint leaves if preferred.
